I wouldnt go that far. My parents are perfectly bilingual. Which means that, still, most Belgians speak French. No thanks to the separatists/flamingants. I btw am not bilingual, only because I grew up abroad, in a non-roman and french-alien society (across the now northern border of BE ;)), otherwise I would have been.
